It’s time to stop funding false solutions that do little to address the root causes of climate change, and instead, focus on real, transformative action that tackles the systemic issues at play. Rich polluters must be held accountable for their role in the crisis, and it’s only fair that they contribute to the funding needed for the adaptation, recovery, and loss experienced by the Global South. We demand that climate finance prioritize grants over loans, putting people over profit. No more delays—no more false promises.
